New ATP Packers & Movers provides relocation services, including but not limited to:
Household Shifting
Office Relocation
Packers and Movers
Loading and Unloading
Domestic Relocation
Transportation Services
We reserve the right to refuse services at our discretion if the request violates any laws or company policies.
All bookings must be made through our official communication channels (website, phone, or email).
Upon receipt of the booking and advance payment (if applicable), a confirmation will be provided.
Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms during booking.
Full payment is required before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise stated.
Additional charges may apply for unforeseen services such as extra labor, material requirements, or delays caused by the customer.
Customers must provide accurate details about the items to be moved, including size, quantity, and special handling instructions.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all items are properly packed and labeled unless the packing service is availed.
Customers must ensure accessibility for the moving vehicle and crew at both the pickup and delivery locations.
New ATP Packers & Movers will take utmost care in handling your belongings.
In the event of damage or loss caused by our negligence, compensation will be provided based on the value of the damaged item(s), as assessed jointly with the customer.
We are not responsible for damages caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, road accidents beyond our control).
New ATP Packers & Movers does not transport hazardous, flammable, illegal, or perishable items. Transporting such items without prior disclosure absolves us of any liability.
While we strive to meet agreed timelines, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for indirect losses resulting from such delays.
Customers may cancel their bookings as per our Refund Policy. Cancellations by New ATP Packers & Movers due to unforeseen reasons will be communicated promptly.
Customers are encouraged to purchase insurance for valuable or fragile items.
New ATP Packers & Movers can assist with arranging insurance but is not directly responsible for claims or disputes with the insurance provider.
In cases where third-party services are required (e.g., crane services, warehousing), New ATP Packers & Movers will act as a facilitator only and is not responsible for delays, damages, or disputes caused by the third party.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be resolved amicably through negotiation.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to arbitration under the applicable laws of Andhra Pradesh, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.
